Dreams of a bewildered mindI arrived home from my trip, craving the contact of a certain someone. Leading up to the trip, contact had built up to five times a week or more.   
On return, the fast is broken by a simple message:   Guess what?   I’m home!   Merry Christmas   
Hours pass. Quiet. No familiar sequence of beeps to signify that deeply desired reply.   
My mind begins to wander. “No credit” becomes less easy to swallow as the minutes and hours pass. “Probably doesn’t want to wake me” gets expelled like so many coughing fits since getting off the plane.

The Happy Toe PhotoThis is a true story. It happened to me, the night before the night before last.  It all began, as these things often do, with a seemingly innocent conversation I was having with a 14-foot tall midget with one tentacle between the two of it. As is often the case, the conversation turned to the concept of the perfect toe arrangements, and the fact that while he had one toe longer than another, her toes exhibited a perfect gradient.   
Suddenly, the conversation took an unexpected turn. The midget asked me about my toes. What option did I have but to answer?  "Yes, one toe is longer than another. No wait, I have a gradient," The Happy Toe Photo

I've just got back from Thailand, back on Christmas day.
I went to the travel agent, spent almost more than an hour with her fiddling away on the computer to get me flights, so now I've bought my tickets, Ive bought my travel guides, and I'm
GOING
TO
JAPAN!

I can't believe it's actually happening. I'm going to spend just over two weeks travelling from Tokyo to Fukuoka, between 2nd January and 20th January.

If you have any idea about Japan, any hints and tips, I NEED HELP!
PLEASE let me know!!
